Service Provider Registration Service Providers must be registered companies. Service Providers must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their qualifications, licensing (if applicable), services and listings. The Properties SA reserves the right to verify the identity and credentials of the Service Providers but does not guarantee or endorse the qualifications of any Service Provider.b. If users fail to pay for services rendered by a Service Provider, The Properties SA reserves the right to terminate your access to the website, but bears no responsibility for collecting payments on behalf of Service Providers.13. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
a) TheProperties SA offers three subscription packages: Basic, Standard, and Advanced. Each package is priced according to the services provided.
b) Subscription fees are payable on a monthly basis.
c) Service Providers registering with TheProperties SA commit to a contract with a 12-month duration.
d) This contract is non-cancellable during the 12-month period.
e) If the user does not wish to renew the contract, they must submit a cancellation request at least 1 month prior to the end of the 12-month term.
f) If no cancellation request is submitted within this period, the contract will automatically renew for an additional 12 months under the same terms.
g) Payments made on TheProperties platform are securely processed through an encrypted system.
